1. Reporting a Contractor to the State (SPCB)

If your pest control company has illegally bypassed secondary locks, triggered a municipal noise ordinance fine, or falsified a 1-PPM clearance reading, you must escalate the issue beyond their customer service department. Do not argue with the prime contractor; report them directly to the state licensing authority.

CA Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB)

The SPCB holds the ultimate authority over all Branch 3 (Fumigation) operators. Filing a formal complaint here initiates a state investigation into the contractor’s operational licenses.
